I as a muslim, celebrate Hari Raya.
Its the best days of the year for me as,
I receive red packets and i would be able to meet all my relatives.
In the morning me and my father would go to the mosque.
We would do our prayers and return home straight away to have breakfast.
My mother would usually prepare a sumptuous meal the night before.
After eating, my family would get ready to set off to my grandparents house.
But before that my siblings and i would ask for forgiveness.
As we set off to our grandparents place, we would sing along to Hari Raya songs.
The whole car would be noisy and filled with laughter.
At my grandparents place, we would soon get to taste my grandmothers cooking,
which is the best of the best!
We would ask for forgiveness with the elderly and receive our red packets.
After visiting all my relatives, me and my friends would usually plan a Hari Raya outing ourselves. This would actually benefit us by tightening our bonds with each other and have a joyful and memorable moment.
